The AS Series with built in controller utilizes closed loop control based on Oriental Motor's original Alpha Step technology. With the AS series there is no hunting or gain tuning required. The built-in rotor position detection sensor constantly monitors the motor movement. The AS Series with built in controller features as integrated controller which ensures a simple, efficient solution, utilizing RS-232 communication, allowing for up to 36 units to be daisy chained.
